It's incredibly annoying when tracking down a code only to be bombarded with a dirge of pop ups and labyrinths of web pages lined with porno. The following are a few odds and ends I've picked up from various parts of the Internet. Since this information is repeated everywhere (often verbatim), it's hard to say who exactly deserves credit.
