The Law of Attraction

• Energy attracts like energy
• The positive and negative things in our lives are there because we attracted them
• The Law of Attraction is at work every second of every day
• Be aware of what you're attracting into your life
  • "What we concentrate on, concentrates on us."
• The Law of Attraction is obedient to one's thoughts
  • "Your wish is my command."
• We create our own happiness through the Law of Attraction
  • Others can't create happiness for us
• Focus on what you want, not what you don't want
  • Write down all of the things that you want

Steps in the Creative Process

1. Ask - State what you really want (affirmation)
2. Believe - Don't focus on the how, just believe that you can have it and that you deserve to have it. The rest will sort itself out later. Put yourself in alignment with it
3. Receive - Generate feelings of having it now; visualize how you will react to receiving what you desire

Gratitude

• What are you thankful for?
• Thankfullness attracts more of the good things into our lives
• Write down all of the things that you appreciate
• Embrace everything that you are thankful for and you can get more of it in return
• In the morning, as you are lying in bed, think of all of the things that you are thankful for. With every step that you take, think of one thing that you are grateful for.

Emotions

• Emotions are a feedback mechanism letting us know whether or not we're on track
• Whatever you're thinking and feeling today is creating your future
• Both your thoughts and feelings shape your life
• Often times you're settling for what you feel which can occasionally lead to a downward spiral
• Thoughts cause feelings and emotions

Visualization

• "Your wish is my command."
• What you visualize materializes
• Thoughts become things
• If you can go there in your mind, you can go there in your body
• Decide what you want, believe you can have it, that you deserve it, then close your eyes and concentrate on it for a few minutes. See it in your mind then see yourself acquiring it.
• All that we are is the result of our thoughts
• Man becomes what he thinks
• If you want to change your circumstances, you must first change your thinking
• Dwell on the end result
• Build the image of the world you want to live in
• Be a deliberate creator of your life
• "Create your own universe as you go along."

Positive Energy

• Everything in the universe is made from the same fabric, and that fabric is energy
• Energy flows where attention goes
• Happy thoughts lead to a happier biochemistry
• Inner happiness is the feul of success
• Follow your bliss, your passion, your success
• Remove I'm not, I can't
• Why give the problem all of the energy?
• The power within you is therefore power you can control
• A positive attitude is a signal that draws more positive energy to it
• Don't allow something or someone else change your mood

Money

• "Money comes easily and frequently."
• Go for the inner vision first, the exterior will soon catch up
• State how much you want
• Life is meant to be abundant in all areas
• Draw from the infinite and you will always find abundance

Ourselves

• Do you treat yourself the way that you want others to treat you?
• What do you appreciate about in others? Write down all of the things that you appreciate.
• Dis ease cannot live in a body that's in a healthy emotional state
• Once you have control of your mind, you can put your life back together again the way you want it
• Have fun recreating your life
• Get everything you ask for
• What are you going to do with your life now? What do you really want?
• You are the designer of your own destiny, the creator of your own universe.
• Your purpose is what you say it is. You have unlimited potential.
• You were born to add value to this world
• Give yourself some each day and decide what you want

Other

• "What you resist persists."
• The greater the study, the greater the belief
• The universe likes speed. Act, don't delay. Trust it.
• Today is merely your current reality. It was brokered by your thoughts from yesterday, but is not indicative of what tomorrow must be. Tomorrow is the result of your thoughts and choices from today.
• Thoughts can be undone through a shift in your awareness
• How bad do you want the change?
• Create a Vision Board and populate it with images of things that you will soon receive
